10:00-10:15am	Team Building A set of guided questions will allow pre-established teams of participants to familiarize themselves with the people that they will be working with throughout the course of the institute.	Pavillion Ballroom I
10:15-10:45am	Obstacles to Implementing Evidence-Based Practices in Schools This agenda item will focus on identifying the key obstacles to selecting and implementing evidence-based practices in schools.	Pavillion Ballroom I
10:45-11:00am	The Goal-Focused Implementation Process A brief overview of the goal-focused implementation process will be provided as an outline of the steps that CDDRE uses to facilitate the selection, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based practices in schools.	Pavillion Ballroom I
11:00-11:30am	Identifying Goals for Change The goal-focused implementation process begins with the identification of the desired student-achievement outcomes. An overview of this step will be provided, and school examples will be shared.	Pavillion Ballroom I

1:30-2:00pm	Data Analysis Sample school data will be presented to illustrate the process of analyzing state and program data to create a sense of urgency about change. Participants will interact within teams to discuss the process of data analysis and obstacle identification.	Pavillion Ballroom I
2:00-2:30pm	Root-Cause Analysis Examining the root causes of problems is a multifaceted step. An overview of the various areas that should be examined will be shared.	Pavillion Ballroom I

2:45-3:15pm	CDDRE Walk-Through Process An overview of the walk-through process used in CDDRE schools will be shared.	Pavillion Ballroom I
3:15-4:30pm	Identifying Research-Proven Interventions An overview of the Best Evidence Encyclopedia website and the criteria used to determine effectiveness will be shared, and sample reports will be reviewed.	Pavillion Ballroom I

8:50-10:00am	Leading Change An overview of change theory will be provided with an emphasis on the Levels of Use (LoU) included within the Concerns-Based Adoption Model (C-BAM). Practical examples will be provided to illustrate how to facilitate movement to higher levels of implementation.	Pavillion Ballroom II

10:20-11:45am	Evaluating Results The importance of evaluating results, complete with examples of how schools and districts have effectively implemented this step, will be presented. Sample 4Sight benchmark assessments will be used to illustrate short-term evaluation. Various formats of long-term evaluations will also be shared.	Pavillion Ballroom II
11:45am-12:00pm	Getting Started School or district teams will discuss their next steps. Select schools will participate.	Pavillion Ballroom II
